How do I manage my subscription?

We're so sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your subscription.

We’d hate to lose you, but if you decide to proceed with cancellation, please follow the steps below to cancel your membership. 

If you made the purchase directly on the website:
Please follow this link and enter the email associated with the purchase. 
After that, your subscription will be canceled but you can still use it till it expires.

If you made the purchase in the app:

Android subscriptions: go to Google Play subscriptions > Dialogue > tap Cancel Subscription.
iOS subscriptions: open iPhone/iPad Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Dialogue app > Cancel Subscription.

If you still cannot cancel the subscription, please contact us at hello@dialogue.app.
