How do I manage my subscription?

If you'd like to upgrade your subscription, please go to your Apple ID subscriptions (iOS) or your Google Play subscriptions (Android) and change the subscription plan to the preferred one.

In case you decide to proceed with the cancellation of the subscription, please follow the steps below to cancel your membership. 

If you made the purchase directly on the website:
Please follow this link and enter the email associated with the purchase. If you see an error, please try another email that might be linked to your subscription.

If you made the purchase in the app:
Android subscriptions: go to Google Play subscriptions > Dialogue > tap Cancel Subscription.
iOS subscriptions: open iPhone/iPad Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Dialogue app > Cancel Subscription.


If you don't see the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, most likely, your purchase was made on the website. Please use the link for web purchases.

Note: unless canceled, your subscription will renew automatically according to your chosen billing plan. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the Pro features paid until the end of the billing period.
