If you've made the purchase directly on the website:
Please follow this link and enter the email associated with the purchase.
After that, your subscription will be canceled but you can still use it till it expires.
If you've made the purchase in the app:
Android subscriptions: go to Google Play subscriptions > Pheon > tap Cancel Subscription.
iOS subscriptions: open iPhone/iPad Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Dialogue app > Cancel Subscription.
After that, your subscription will be canceled but you can still use it till it expires.
If you've made the purchase in the app:
